  1. My last year of high school I had to work so hard that I couldn’t really talk that much, so it feels good to be able to talk again!

  2. It was so cool! I like all my professors so far, they seem to be very enthusiastic and helpful. I also have met some very interesting people and plan on joining a couple of organizations. I am very eager to begin the semester! Go Rams!

  3. I feel very confident that I will do well in all my classes this semester even with an excess of units. I always come in feeling nervous, not sure if I will be able to handle the semester but after the first days going over the course that helped ease my nerves quite a bit.

  4. It has been exciting to be back in the college atmosphere and adjusting back to the lifestyle of a student with homework and projects. It has been interesting getting to know the campus, especially a small campus.

  5. The first week here a has been a good one. The move in was quick and easy, my schedule for this semester seems like it is going to be a good one, and of course I am looking forward to baseball. All of my teachers seem very nice and interested in us students and our education. And getting started playing baseball is very exciting and I can’t wait to start getting into it.

  6. I really enjoyed my first week. I liked my classes and all my professors. My classes seem like they’ll be a lot of fun this year. The school is really nice and all my classes we’re easy to find. Everyone here is friendly and I’ve met a lot of interesting people. I can tell this is going to be a really good school year.

  7. One of the positive things about my first week is that my classes seem to compliment each other. All of the courses I am taking require basically the same skills to practice, develop in order to perform well in the classes which is beneficial this semester.

  8. I had a really good first week, I am just now getting settled into my dorm and I love it! my roommate is great and I get along with pretty much everyone on my floor and I love all my classes. im excited for this semester.

  9. My week was pretty great and I got lost once but its okay I’m loving the school. My classes are great and everyone is very helpful and nice. I haven’t been late yet to any classes so I hope it stays that way. Its easy to get around the campus now and I don’t get lost I’ve found easier ways to get to my classes and still have extra time. I’m liking the college life.

  10. This week I met a lot of different people and some of them brought me out of my shell. That was my worst fear about coming to college. I didn’t know how I was going to meet people that had the same interests as me. It’s only been a week and I’ve made plenty of friends.

  11. My first week at Texas Wesleyan University was great! I worried a lot before I came here. I thought I would get lost, make mistakes, and have a hard time making friends, but it was the exact opposite. Ram Camp really helped me to learn my way around the campus. Although I did go to the wrong class, someone kindly pointed me in the right direction. Most of the students at Wesleyan are very friendly. I haven’t had trouble with anyone or making friends. Unlike most places ,the upperclassmen go out of their way to help the freshmen adjust to college. The thing that I liked the most is that I like all of my teachers. My first week at Wesleyan is going really well.

  12. At the first week of my sophomore year, I was so impressed and amazed at my new classes and new friends. After three months of summer, I feel a litter bit upset but eager to see my friends again. That ‘s really great to make new friends and try new challenge in a new semester.

  13. My first week was good. This was my first week at a university, so I was a little nervous. However, I did like all of my professors, and I also met a couple new students on campus.

  14. I was quickly able to learn where everything is on campus…mostly because it is a small campus 😛
